399 bit is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply between the company operating the platform and the user. These Terms take effect when you use 399 bit's website, mobile app, or any other means of accessing the service.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. Users under the age of 21 are not permitted to open an account or take part in any form of betting on this platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

For Ages 21+ Only

2.1 Registration Terms

To open an account at 399 bit, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful personal information.
Each person may operate only one account.
You are operating this account in your own name and for your own benefit.
The payment method you provide (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) is registered in your own name.

2.2 Account Verification

399 bit may request a national identity card, passport, or other official documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for deposits at 399 bit are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
Once a deposit is successful, it is credited to the gaming balance immediately.
Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made via approved payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer) and the account must be in your own name. Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.

The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
399 bit reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The bonus is not cash — to withdraw it, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.

The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
Once the bonus is claimed, both the deposit and the bonus will be subject to wagering requirements.
399 bit reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be placed under investigation.
Attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being closed.

4.2 VIP and Cashback Program

399 bit's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000 — they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. VIP tier upgrades are based on regular activity and gaming engagement.

Prohibited Activities and Fair Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399 bit platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:

Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
Operating an account using another user's identity.
Exploiting any technical error on the platform without reporting it.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

5.2 Platform Rights

399 bit retains the full right to investigate any activity, place bets on hold, delay withdrawals, and close accounts in the event of a terms violation. 399 bit also reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings that were incorrectly credited due to a technical error.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, all bets cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or suspended for an undefined reason, 399 bit will determine the outcome of the bet — in such cases the stake is generally refunded.

Odds in live betting markets can change rapidly.
A bet is considered valid only once it has been successfully recorded.
399 bit reserves the right to void bets in the case of an obvious pricing error.
Both single and multi bets are subject to the same rules.

6.2 Cricket and Football Betting

Betting is available on all international cricket and football events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Bets on any event, including Bangladesh Tigers matches, will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

If a match is not completed, the bet result may be considered "void".
Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid.
Tournament-specific rules may apply separately.

Responsible Gaming Policy

7.1 Commitment to Safe Gaming

399 bit believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems. We place the highest importance on the protection of our users. For this reason, the platform has various protective measures in place.

The option to set deposit limits is available on every account.

10.2 Disputes Over Game Results

In the event of a dispute over a game or bet result, the log records stored on 399 bit's servers will serve as the final evidence. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will 399 bit be held liable for the following:

Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
Losses caused by third-party software or server issues.
Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
Service interruption due to government regulation or changes in law.
Problems arising from natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Gaming is a financially risky activity. Users participate entirely at their own risk with full awareness. 399 bit is in no way responsible for a user's gaming losses.

Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure there are no pending bets or withdrawals in progress. Even after account closure, any valid balance will remain available for withdrawal.

12.2 Closure by 399 bit

In cases of terms violation, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity, 399 bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, decisions regarding the balance will be made after investigation.

Right to Amend Terms

399 bit reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If any single part of these terms becomes unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the two parties — replacing any previous oral or written discussions.
